I want to acknowledge the fantastic customer service provided to my son and myself by Jessica B, the SDRS Advocate and NDIS Appeals Officer. The NDIS system is hard to navigate, but Jessica provided prompt responses to our many questions and helped us understand certain elements of the scheme. We interacted with Jessica both by email and face to face meetings. Jessica proved her commitment to my son's NDIS experience by explaining the types of services that may be available to my son, once he was assessed. In addition, she set us up with our chosen providers we had to see next etc. I can acknowledge that the Darwin DCLS has a pleasant atmosphere, and that Jessica B is an outstanding member of your organisation. So helpful, and totally non-judgemental .

After asking a few details, putting me on hold for 5 minutes the person came back on the phone and said she has been advised she cannot help me nor can she tell me why she cannot help me. All i waned to know was if we were able to qualify under a section of an Act. Nothing specific, very upset and disappointed.
