Just want to say big thank you to this amazing shop with great people!nI had very old paint can (almost 10yrs ) and needed the same shade to refresh walls and they were able to get me the perfect paint.nLater I chose very poorly the new colour for another project and the lady who tried to fix it for me made the absolute perfect shade which I wanted on the first place.nAnd the same day we decided to add also some texture to the walls so I went back and got another great advice, product and price!nGreat shopping experience and very nice employees!nThank you!

Went into the Hoppers Crossing store today (Saturday 12th June) at 3pm. I needed to speak to a staff member as I needed advice. When I entered the store there was only 2 customers already there and each were being looked after by the two Haymes staff. One male and one female. I waited at the main desk for service for 9 minutes while the female staff member just completely ignored the fact that a customer was waiting for service, and instead spent 9 mins chatting and looking at family photos of the customer that she had already severed. In In end despite her making eye contact with me countless times and knowing that I was waiting and in full view and earshot of her wee chat with her pal, I walked out and will never be back.nI actually admire that the staff in this store seem to have great relationships with their existing customers, its great to see, however, a customer should NEVER, EVER be made to stand like a fool waiting for 9 minutes for service when the staff member is just having a good old chinwag. BTW the staff member was a Blonde lady, with glasses, late 40's to early 50's. I'll hand on heart never be back

I needed some touch up paint for the tint used by the builders on my house previously. The lady there was super helpful and made me a sample pot promptly with some great advice on how to go about it. Excellent customer service!
