Seaview Holiday Park

Awesome playground, clean facilities, pool is a feature! Mainly long-term cabin rentals/ owners but a few camping and caravan spots. My recommendation would be to consider adding a change table and shower that works with small children /baby bath as it was pretty awkward getting our toddler clean and the holiday Park caters so well for families in other respects.

Not many sites here for the travellers, park mostly filled with holiday annual vans, we did have a nice grassy site though and price was a lot cheaper than other van parks here in Cowes. Amenities old but clean, wash machines only $3, park not far from Cowes at all and all that the Island has to offer.

Don't let the name fool you, this place has no view, other than lots of old, rusty or moss covered permanent caravans with anex. On the plus side it was really quiet, the amenities were old but clean and plenty of hot water, the pool was good all bit too much chemical for my taste. Lots of birds, especially in the morning, very noisy early but good if you're an early riser. We paid $30 per night for 2 adults unpowered which is cheap for Philip island, but expensive for the environment, just felt like we were camped in a junk yard, served us ok as a base to explore the island for a few days. Would recommend it you're on a tight budget. Reception friendly and welcoming on arrival.
