Caltex Geelong North

I couldn't use a caltex gift card to pay for my petrol, manager very nasty and she scared a junior trainee. I reported the incident and head office sorted things out very quickly and the rude manager had a talking to. I was very disappointed in caltex that day and disgusted with how I was treated by that grumpy old lady.

When you advertise your open to 9pm and don’t allow someone to fill up at 8:50pm because your shut. Poor customer service.
