LVL GROUP

I used LVL Group to do a remodel of my home which included two new bathrooms and and a change in floor layout (change in walls etc). The workmanship was first class and the entire team was a pleasure to deal with. Communication which is often lacking in tradespeople, was also a key strength where the phone was always answered and they were also proactive with any issues that came up. I would definitely use them again.

I recently used LVL Group to do a renovation on my property and they did an exceptional job. From the moment Matt and Dom came through and provided me with a quote I felt comfortable using their services. So much so that I didn’t even feel the need to get a second quote. Within 4 days of them coming out to see my property, work had commenced and finished well before I anticipated. All of their trades were exceptional and showed a great level of care and attention to detail. Lachlan who was the project manager did a great job co-ordinating every thing and kept me fully informed. I would happily use LVL Group again and recommend their services highly.

Dom, Matt, Sam and all the staff at LVL Group were great to deal with. They completed a small addition to a period home for us and I would happily recommend them.

The completed work has satisfied us beyond any expectations we had. The directors Matt and Dom are the nicest guys you could possibly have business dealings with and the project manager Sam is their equal. Doing such a job requires many phone calls between LVLs staff and especially Sam. If they were not available when we rang they ALWAYS returned phone calls immediately. This sort of service cannot be underestimated. Matt started the ball rolling with a visit to our home enthusiastically given us ideas and the same day returned with a quote. He promised to start within 2 weeks (which he did) and told us the job would take 6-8 weeks. They completed the job exactly on the 7th day of the 7th week. Unheard of service. All the various tradesmen they employed to complete our job were friendly, efficient and above all always punctual. Nothing was ever too much trouble - not once did we have any disagreement with any of the 12 or more workmen. We can recommend LVL without question and wish them the greatest success. They deserve it. They have made 2 clients amazingly happy and and if you get Sam as your Project Manager you have hit the jackpot. Their whole team have worked hard to complete the project in such a short time and still accommodate our whims to make changes along the way.
