Merri Park

This park has an awesome combination of grass (and off lead area for dogs) and a good playground & BBQ area. There are heaps of people playing various sports too.

Good park, nice open field for footy and such, nice playground set with swings and slide plus water bubblers near the wetlands

I run a dog walking business and my fur clients and I absolutely love walking in an around Merri Park

A perfect place for a picnic and catch up. Wonderful natural playground for the children to explore. There is a water bubbler just next to the playground so great on those hot days, however, there is no nearby toilet which can make it tricky for children. There are multiple tables to choose from, and lots of shady spots.nOverall a great open space which is very family and dog friendly.nHighly recommend.

Great playground in Northcote. Nice detour from Merri creek trail.
