Dropped in with a small issue with a ford ranger around the start of may. Rear tailgate door would not unlock. Was met outside by a man who I am thinking was the service manager ( but I hope not) told straight up 2 to 3 weeks . Tried to ask some questions was then told to take it back to where I purchased it from. So much for customer service.

Wouldn't go their at all very unorganized the left hand doesn't no what the right hand does

Have always had good service from the foreman and everyone here. I've called a few times with questions about my car, and he's been very helpful. Also, when I've needed to bring my car in, I've always gotten a loan car free of charge and problems resolved quickly, and that has been very helpful.

Whilst travelling through the area from Victoria we experienced some issues with our Everest. We dropped in without notice and the service and parts staff couldn't have been more helpful. Not only did the get the vehicle sorted we were also given a loan car and directions so we could grab some supplies whilst we waited. We couldn't recommend these guys more highly. Thanks again
