Great ambience. Food arrived quickly and the wait staff were lovely. Due to the lockdown, I haven't been back in India for almost two years now. Having had huge cravings for South Indian food, I was pleasantly surprised to find Covai Cafe. I loved the dishes I tried and the tea. Really gave me nostalgia. Very authentic flavour. Will be visiting again. Hoping for the same experience next time.

Bad customer service as we were charged full price for a takeaway order but not given all the items ordered. When we inquire about it, they simply said that they will add the missed item to the order next time when we place an order. Very dissappointed about the service as we drove 20min to pick up the food to serve couple of friends, and left with no food for the person who is a vegetarian. The kitchen might busy during rush hours, but you will lose many customers if you do not properly handle the customers and their orders specially during rush hours.

Food is delicious, but what made me want to post a review was how considerate the staff were to my dietary requirements, even going so far to call me (after I'd placed my order through Uber Eats and mentioning no dairy) to let me know that another item in my order had diary and asking if I would like to swap it for a different option. Will be ordering from them again ud83dude01
