Be nice to have someone with a bit of personality and manners serve you, instead of a zombie.

The same as any other McDonalds outlet.

Not once have they ever had apple slices to go with kids meals. (Why say you can serve healthy meals, if you never can?) Last time they let me pay for my order before 5 minutes later informing us there were no apple slices, when I said I don't want fries and asked about a partial refund I was informed they can not do this as I had already paid. It's illegal to sell someone something, take their money and then advise them it's unavailable and no refund is possible. I'll be following this up with management, absolutely disgusting service McDonald's Johnston.
