The Coffee Club Café - Oasis

I have been here on lots of occasions but never seen the tables as disgraceful as they are today.they have had a very quick wipe down by someone that has no idea how to clean a table. All tables were the same. I struggled to find one that wS half satisfactory

Great little place to go for a catch up and coffee. Quite and comfortable

Waited maybe close to an hour for our meal. All tables were full and there looked to be only 1 chef in the kitchen. Not enough staff, probably why everything was very slow. Everyone was looking at each and at others tables wondering where the food was lol. The meal tasted good but poor presentation. Looked messy. Clearly ran out of rocket garnish and it was replaced with spinach that was just thrown on my plate.

Food and drinks are awesome, food size sercungs, great range, tastes great. Some staff could do with some customer service training, especially sincerely apologising when they stuff up your order would be nice. Other staff are ok. More smiles would be nice but i figure the staff morale and culture must be coming from the top down.
