Chatime (Palmerston)

Honestly the best chatime in Darwin, they always make your drink amazingly and all the workers are always so nice and super sweet. Wish I could give them 10 stars ⭐ because they deserve it!

Delicious tea & amazing customer service

Customers will not mind a long wait if the customer service is great, because it makes up for it! Today we waited in line for more than 5 minutes, when we got to the front we were confronted by an angry server who didn't acknowledge. Instead of acknowledging us and perhaps apologising for the wait and letting us know she wouldn't be a minute, she was aggressively labelling drinks while muttering things so we chose to walk away and spend our money elsewhere. As regular customers we were thoroughly disappointed - the service is never great but it isn't usually this bad.

I absolutely love the Palmerston cha time. Quick service great staff. Could not give it enough praise! They even serve caffeine free frozen bubble tea. Absolutely enthralled ! Will forever be coming here to get my bubble tea fix ud83dudc99
