The food was awesome. However, the cashiers on black outfit was quite unpleasant, while were waiting to pay, she didn't even looked at us or smiled at us. She was doing something on her phone and didn't pay attention to customer. This not how customer are supposed to be treated

Came here with a big group of people some time ago. Ordered a meal that was specific to my tastes and when the waiter came out, I motioned for it to be placed in front of me but he disregarded this, ignored me, and instead placed the meal in the middle of the table. I didn't end up eating and haven't returned since.

Good for a quick meal. Chicken Rice was good. Missed the ginger that should have been included.

Just had a shockingly flavourless meal. We ordered Chicken Rice, A Fishball Soup and a Chicken Curry with Roti. The only thing of all the dishes that I could honestly say was good was the Roti bread. The chicken curry was over cooked and lacked that Malaysian punchy flavour that one normally expects with this dish. The soup had a flavour somewhere between dirty dish water and just plain water. And if you want a decent chicken rice well look elsewhere, they couldn’t even manage the correct condiment sides that you expect with this dish, no ginger and spring onions, only a sweet soya and very flavourless chilli. I have eaten at Papa Rich in other States and had no problems. In Darwin I strongly recommend avoiding this place at Casuarina shopping centre and heading straight to the food court for far superior Asian food options.

Love the Malaysian cuisine. No match for kaya toast with teh tarik ud83dude01
