Bought a jade pendant and a gold chain.nThe pendant had to be repaired at our expense within a short period of time.nThe chain broke and I was told after leaving it with them for a week that it couldn't be repaired because it was hollow chain (I had not been told it was hollow chain when I purchased it) I was told that they would possibly re emburse or put toward a solid chain purchase (but they were unclear on specifics).nWhen I finally went in with the person I had gifted the items to they had managed to repair the unrepairable chain.nThe manager made out that it was my fault for for buying cheap in an attempt to belittle me in front of my friend ... $620.00nNOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!

Outstanding customer service! My partner and I have been looking for the right wedding rings and were extraordinarily happy with the level of customer service and the truly knowledgable staff has helped us greatly in finding the perfect rings for us. Special thanks go out to Theresa, who helped us weigh the pros and cons of different models against each other and even gave my engagement ring a quick polish on our way out!

The manager was completely rude to both me and my partner. She didn’t believe we could afford a ring that’s over $2000. I would give this store a 0 star if I could. Maybe with a new manager and team the store would be amazing but not with her there. I’d recommend going to another store
