Terrible customer service from the last two times I have gone in, staff didn't know what they where doing at all and very rude in the process. Will not be going to this store agian sadly.

Extremely bad customer service. Bought Casio watch for my 4y daughters birthday. Watch was faulty. The whole watch discolored from pink to blue after few days. Brought it back after 3 weeks. Prouds refused refund or exchange.
