I am completely disappointed with the customer service and attitude.nToday went at the store in the shopping center Ingle Farm, Adelaide SA.nI tried to redime a discount through UNiDAYS. The manager of the store was so rude and she denied the discount without any reason even showing her the app and University ID.

Ally fashions to me are more for the younger person. I was in there with my niece. She found a couple of lovely tops & a pair of shorts the staff were friendly without being pushy. I thought it was a great place.

Old mate Ashlee W could do with a lesson or two in customer service. Poor love almost had a hernia when I requested to pay using my change. Insane right? If only rudeness & being blunt paid the rent! Ashlee would be a millionaire. Perhaps a basic Customer Service course wouldn't go astray for our old mate here.
