The work is brilliant, but their customer service at front of store is absolutely appalling!! The elderly lady is rude, abrupt, condescending, and full of her own self importance.She has ended up costing me money and left me with a ring I can't wear, which has enormous sentimental value,as she did not listen to what I wanted. My fault for not staying and watching her fill in the whole repair envelope, but I just wanted to get away, so took my section and left her to fill in the store section. Needless to say she filled it in incorrectly. In future I will go elsewhere or only go into the store when she is not working!

Just went into this store to get a quote to melt down and remodel my mothers wedding and engagement rings and the older lady was so cold and rude towards me and acted as if I shouldn't of even been in there. Told me she couldn't do anything and it wasn't until I told her another jewellery store quoted me and told me they could do what I wanted that she suddenly changed her tune.nnUnfortunately I will never return to this store just from that staff member.

I visited to have a number of items repaired/resized, I explained to the woman who ‘served’ me these had incredible sentimental value to me. She was rude, cold, insensitive and condescending to the point where it was actually comical. For the Kath & Kim fans out there, she would have been the perfect addition to Prue and Trude! 10/10 would absolutely not recommend bothering to step foot in the store unless you are looking for a laugh.

A wonderful shop, have dealt with them on many occasions, and have bought gifts & jewellery for others & jewellery for myself. Yhe staff a brilliant to deal with, they're not pushy either. It so sad that they're leaving the Modbury Triangle, they've been there for years.

Unfortunately....I can not begin to describe how sad I was leaving this shop. I went in with my beloved grandmother's rings to see what I could do to pay tribute to her memory. The woman was cold and insulting ... not recognising how special these rings actually are....and then was condescending when realising she had been rude and insensitive.... Sadly this has become a part of their story and she will never know just how much her words crushed me. Hopefully the damage to the story of her rings will be repaired with someone who actually understands jewellery. I can't even put a 1 star rating as it was that dissapointing
