Unfortunately l had a very bad experience there. I bought a bracelet but I had to exchange it because of the loose catcher. The second one was broken after only one week.

The customer service here is absolutely amazing!!! These girls are fantastic. If you have an issue they will work through it with you. Whoever trained these girls should be proud

Earnings that I was encouraged to purchase can't be worn, as once they are in the ears yhey are impossible to fasten. I was unable to get a refund as they are technically not fault as they can be fastened when not in the ears.

Just brought a watch from there, I asked her to set the time, this was not done.

Great place friendly staff and great atmosphere.
