This was a terrible experience and the Manager needs customer service training or to find an office job. 7 weeks ago they reluctantly took my expensive Citizen watch to get a quote for a broken watch band. Heard nothing for 6 weeks. Then quoted either $29 to fix the clasp or $150 for a new band. Said I would go with the $29 repair. The manager said she would ring me when fixed to collect it. Another 4 weeks passed still no call. I called then and abruptly told by Manager Miranda that it could not now be fixed for $29 and it would be $150. When I asked why was I misquoted and not called back I was virtually hung up on. Said dont worry about it just give my watch back. Have not heard back been another few weeks.nnEven called regional manager to complain prior to writing this review and told they took these complaints seriously. Been two days and no call back.nWas a life time customer of Graham’s - wedding, presents etc- never ever again lost me and my family for good.nnA disgrace.

Just to add to my 5 stars..nI purchased my first engagement ring back in 1974, a beautiful 18ct gold diamond cluster. Your shop was know then as Graham Brothers. Well the engagement ended 4 years later. Believe it or not I still have that ring.. Second engagement ring was in 1988, .25ct single Russian cut diamond 18ct gold. And yes my then fiance is my wife..

I went into this empty store today asking for stud ear rings. The rude and aggressive Customer Sales Rep was just that!! I asked if she had a different size in the style I wanted and she literally told me to go into Shiels and do my shopping. She looked awful and was in a mood before she even spoke to me. I did go into Shiels and the girls in there were busy and the store was full of shoppers yet the customer service was friendly and polite. Never again will I go into Grahmas at Tea Tree Plaza. I would really like to return the favour and tell the staff there where to go! Disgusting.
