Swarovski

I visited the store with my daughter and husband on 21st Feb 2021. We were in very simple clothes and in our flip-flops as we had just come to grab some essentials. My husband wanted to treat me with a necklace and we went to have a look at it. The two ladies kept talking at their stations and none of them asked if we wanted help or what we were looking for. They just assumed we can't afford and didn't attend us as we weren't white (I think). Even when we left annoyed, none of them asked what happened. They just didn't care. I wish I had the option of 0 stars for service. And FYI there were no customers.. we were the only ones.. they still didn't attend us..

I love love love this place. The Jewellery is absolutely gorgeous. It's well set out, always dust free and the jewellery is very addictive. You can't stop at one piece. I have an amazing collection which I'm extremely proud of and I'm always getting compliments on my Jewellery AND the sales are amazing !!nMy favourite lady is Amelia from Tea Tree Plaza at Modbury. She is a beautiful girl who is very knowledgeable on the jewellery and she knows what would look good on me. She is kind, patient and caring as I have cancer and sometimes I'm a bit all over the place. She is very friendly and approachable and is always willing to run around getting me pieces she thinks I'll like which I usually do.nWell done Swarovski for employing such a lovely hard working lady.

Even as a bloke, I enjoy perusing in a Swarovski shop. I like the ambiance, the shop layout & their wares appear attractive, quality & reasonably priced. I've been on six occasions & the staff were excellent on every occasion. They even have their specials where the prices are more than affordable, I would easily recommend both blokes & the ladies take the time to explore this shop. Cheers
