Sterling silver jewelry OK depending on your ring size
Had a fabulous experience at Bevilles TTP. The lady who served me was amazing, the best customer service I have ever experienced. I bought gold hoops which I absolutely love!

Very poor customer service. The lady in the store at TPP was very rude. I went there to buy a pendant and they acted so rudely. Very very bad customer service.
If I could rate this store zero, i would!nMe and my partner live in regional SA and my partner drove 2 and a half hours to our closest Bevilles store (Modbury/Tea Tree Plaza) to return a necklace within the 30 day refund timeframe. When he arrived at the store he was told they could not give him a refund due to it being purchased on afterpay and they needed my phone to process. He has full access to my afterpay account and you can order through afterpay on other devices, not just phones- this is irrelevant. Then they said it was due to the phone number, so he added his phone number onto my afterpay account (with my permission) and they still were saying they could not process the refund. To make matters worse, we tried calling customer service multiple times and it keeps going to message bank, same with the store phone, not one person answering. This is the worst service i have ever experienced and will never purchase anything from Bevilles again. Considering going to consumer affairs due to refusing a refund when we have followed this companies OWN POLICY.
