Mazzucchelli's

Wow, I thought we were having bad luck then I read other peoples posts. We bought a watch from this store, it failed to keep the time, was sent back for a battery replacement but returned with the same fault. We sent it again and it returned with the same fault, each time the shop never called us, we had to call them. We have now asked for a refund in accordance with our consumer rights and have heard nothing. Wrote to the head office and still nothing. Avoid this chain of stores at all costs, they are terrible to deal with.

Similar to other people's experiences here, I was sold a watch that didn't work by these people. For six months they held on to my watch and refused to repair it. The people in store and in head office consistently lied to me at every step of the way. Do not buy anything from these garbage people.

Terrible customer service. They sell faulty products and then take no responsibility for fixing or refunding it. Would absolutely advise that people do not shop here.

I do not like posting negative reviews however people need to know Mazzucchelli's are a dishonest self serving company. I went in there to get an ring I had bought replated, resized and repaired (repair was needed as about a year ago they resized it, cracked the metal and the shape was oblong not circular. i did not notice this till later, and damage would not be due to wear and tear as they are full deep cracks). They said of course they could do all that and if they could not, they would contact me. 2 weeks later I receive a call that my ring is back in store to pick up. I ring to ask if it had had all the above done - the reply was yes! After picking it up, It had only been replated. Very disappointed with the lies!
