Adelaide Exchange

Abused and harassed by store staff. Rip off prices and evaluations. It's obvious most of the positive comments on here are made by the staff and family/friends of the owner, avoid Adelaide Exchange Jewellers at all costs, buyer beware.

Rip off.nTook in my old engagement ring that was bought for $7999 with certificate of authinticity use offered $950 while cash converters offered me $2000. Use are a joke...

The website says they will do a valuation for $10, I was just told that they would give me no more than $100 for a $800 gold diamond ring because its only 9ct gold when in truth, its 18ct and if I wanted they would send it off for a valuation and certificate for $88. I was told that I was waiting my time which I only agree with because I took the ring into other places and they all agreed on the fact that its worth $800 but they wouldn't buy it because they don't buy, they only sell.

Was wanting to sell my white gold diamond ring and the lady we had was nasty. She took one look at my ring and said to me that she had no interest on taking it. I thought Adelaide exchange was the best place to sell your jewellery but I guess I was wrong. Customer service was very horrible.

The staff here were amazing. Helpful, knowledgeable and honest. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.
