Purchased a vehicle from Jarvis and unfortunately there were some major issues that needed to be rectified. This took a while to fix but in the meantime they provided a new Ford Puma as a loan car until the repairs were complete. They were very patient and even though the car took some time to get get to the bottom of what was wrong with it, they ensured that a thorough check was done before returning it repaired. This was all done under warranty. Very happy with their professional and customer centred approach to dealing with the problem. Highly recommend Jarvis to all my friends and family

My car was serviced and fixed right the first time, as it always is and the staff are friendly and helpful too. They make the process easy for me. As I work at Para Hills, it is also great to get a free loan car which makes it much easier getting to and from the Norwood service centre, without having to organise a lift both ways. WELL DONE again :).

In the morning my husband brought my daughter car to the service.By text message,my daughter said the car was ready in 4 hours and at most 6 hours.At 4 pm i went to get the car,calculating that it was over.The car was still in the parking lot and it was not until 4 30 pm that they brought in for service.I was so angry and i forgot my phone at home so i walked back to my home in Burnside.Your employee did not even apologize.The daughter had to take a day off the next day to pick up the car.I still can t come to my senses from such a bad experience and for the first time in my life i will do my best to let as many people as possible know about this service.And they wrote in the report that the car was ready at the agreed time.My advice to run away from this service so that you do not experience the same.
