Makers' Workshop

The view is fabulous looking out on Bass Strait but the food is not great. The wedges are ok, but they’re topped with a cold salsa which makes them soggy. The special Christmas coffee was literally jarrah coffee packet mix which was watery and they tried to compensate with a dollop of cream but that just made it greasy and watery at the same time. Hopefully they do better over the holidays.

Actually disappointed in the space, there is no clear direction, and not extremely inviting. I have driven past on multiple occasions and it's safe to say that I wasted my time stopping this 1 time. Little enjoyment from this space.

i love this place and visit regularly for awesome coffee and yumny scones abd i take my grandchildren who love the big tractor 🚜 and the gifts ob sale there... dont miss it when you are in Burnie

It wasn't what I expected.. High level of professionalism in the crafts on display. Very upmarket. Some stunning craft work. Do visit the cafe for a meal.. Absolutely delicious choices available using local produce. Definitely a must see.

Walked in to take a look and spent $500.00! So be careful if you like nice handcrafted wood...
