This Hotel still impresses us when we visit. The staff are friendly and courteous and the food is always well presented and tasty.
We cannot fault the cleanliness and the attention to detail every time someone enters of leaves after eating.
Tables promptly cleaned and dishes removed immediately.
We have been going here for years and will continue to do so.
Went here for dinner on 18th December 2020 and the staff were incredibly rude. Have never experienced such grumpy rude staff ever. We were seated at the very back of the restaurant with many other customers (not covid safe) when there were many tables near the front Seaview windows. Asked if we could please move and the staff handled the situation very rudely. I would not be happy at all if I was the owner, knowing my staff were acting like this. We didn’t mind that we couldn’t move and got on with ordering. The staff then threw our plates down on the table. Not nice. Sorry will not be back and will not recommend. Really hope you get some caring, polite staff soon :)
Very nice food - at a decent price - and the service is excellent. Great selection of beers on tap also.
Friendly staff nice interior good atmosphere
Personally I prefer my food cooked. Especially seafood.
