Kodomo Taiwanese Food

Really good and authentic Taiwanese food here. Highly recommend the fried meat ball, which is a dine-in only dish. The juicy meat filling is covered within an outer thin glutinous rice ball, deep fried to perfection! The place is packed for dinner dine in, even before 6pm, and unfortunately they don't take bookings, so be sure to turn up early. Will be back to try the other dishes on the menu!

Reasonable selection of authentic Taiwanese food. It does remind me of the taste profile of the food I had in Taiwan. The oyster vermicelli soup was great! And the crispy meatball was interesting in a good way. Thought that the rice is a bit too soft for the braised pork rice. Also think they charged a bit too much for credit card/eftpos surcharge.

Extremely limited choice. Portion sizes are really small and the food does not taste good at all. Everything is full of garlic. What is shown in the photos in the restaurant and what you actually get is vastly different.nWill never visit again.nBut the staff were very polite and nice. It is the food that is dished out which is a big worry.

Great Place, 5 Stars. My Taiwanese girlfriend introduced me to bah-ôan (Ba-Wan). Good things come in small packages, just like her ud83dude01ud83dude0b.

Excited to know this place. Satisfy my Taiwan food craving since not able to travel. A cosy place with friendly owner. Food is yummy but it can get a bit smoky if their wok is on full gear. Price is really reasonable and it will be cheaper if you choose to takeaway.nnWill defintely go there again.
