The staff in the Haynes branch were very busy. But they were all polite and fast. They listen, act fast and you are out the door . My regular serve of falafel salad was massive. Lucky I did not take the large. The spicy mayo sauce is to die for. Sweet, salty, creamy , tangy . All good flavours

On the 20 jun 2021 about 3 pm, I purchased 2 subs form Haynes subway. Surprisingly the blond girl recognized me as I complain to the management about her bad behavior. no tissue was provided, no item added as requested ...etc. Moreover, they eftpos machine is not working since ages, I mentioned this to them, but they not like to change it and they like cash payments. Today the machine work, but after 2nd attempt!!!!! why, to prevent me from benifiting from the usage of their app. What will happen if you decide for yourself to stop buying from that store? For me, this is what I am going to do, how about you?

Have been over charged, called store several times to let them know, phone isn't working. I personally went to store with receipt & was advised by worker that there is nothing they can do in store have to email head office with query, which I have already done & no reply. I mentioned I tried calling & no answer, apparently phone isn't working either. I was told to wait for someone in head office to contact me which can take some time. I called head office to hear that I need to email them & call ends. Not very good customer service
