Jacob was amazing and made great coffee before they got the next car out for us to drive. We could not fault Jacob in his size 13 shoes. So pleased we were able to deal with him, he realised Michele had some severe problems, hence the new car. I was able to get into and out of this car we chose. Jacob was a really great fellow and we were so happy that they had many different models for us to choose. We were extremely happy with him and our new car.
