Removed my car same day. Driver was very friendly. High recommended

Website states "We'll get straight back to you with a quote"... It took over a month! Had called them up to arrange a time to pick up car, the call center in Hobart was competent but took awhile to actually hear back from them. Man who collects car in Launceston is hard to understand over the phone due to poor English and horrible connection, he didn't pick up the car when arranged so had to call up Hobart again to arrange another time. Finally came around to pick the car up but ended up getting less than what I was quoted, horrible experience, would not recommend, avoid if possible, not worth the time or the effort.

I wish I could give a less than one star rating. Absolute waste of time. The guy on the phones in Hobart is ok, but, that's all. I enquired three days before I required pick up, and then was told I would need to book it in 24 hours in advance, so I did that. I advised the car needed to be picked up by 1.30pm as my family are vacating the property. I was also told I'd get $200 for my Mercedes, which was a bargain for them, as it had brand new tyres etc. After 9 (!) phone calls with their pick up guy, who has very broken English, and is near impossible to understand (and I am an English teacher to speakers of other languages!!!!) he then changed the time on me three times on the day of pick up. Then he phoned to tell me he was at my house, when he clearly wasn't !!! Then when he finally arrived, he went to take another person's car, which had a trailer attached to it!!!! Then he decided his truck wouldn't make it up the driveway - despite there being a very large removalist van and three removalists who were vouching for the fact it would. Then he said he didn't want to pay $200 for the car and walked away while we were still trying to understand what was happening. It was an absolute nightmare; he was infuriating to deal with, and a complete waste of time. Don't bother ... It shouldn't be that hard, but it certainly was. Find someone else to deal with, if you value your time and sanity!
