Couldn’t be happier with the service we got from Launceston Toyota. All staff were friendly, informative and professional. The salesperson was extremely helpful and was happy to answer every question we had, without hesitation. We were kept up to date with every step of the process from ordering through to delivery and post sale follow ups as well. The car we purchased was beautifully presented and exactly as expected. The manager introduced himself and personally thanked us for our business. Everything was made easy from start to finish. We would have trouble finding any reason not to recommend Launceston Toyota.
