I am totally aghast at the staff in the Rockingham store.nSo rude and uptight.nI was asked for my drivers license, I was happy to givenIt, I could not find in in my wallet... the lady asked me over and over again for it.....I was trying to think were I had left it.....then she started full on with the companynPolicy over and over again.nI did retort with “ I heard you the first time”.nI went to my car to locate my drivers license, I came back and handed her the card.nThen she could not find my ring, ( she had only rang me 15 mins prior)nAll sortedn10 minutes later the manager rang me, started banging on about store policy over and over again!nThen she hung up on me!nI rang back you find out what was going on, to be hung up on again.nI have a few care plans with this company for Jewelry we have purchased over the years. I wish I did not have to deal with them.nIf want back service this is the shop for you.

I have had nothing but excellent service at mazzuchellis rockingham , myself and my husband have spent a lot of money here and have always been given great prices by the ladies ..a shout out to Jo for always being so friendly and helpful .. thank you i will be back ud83dude0a

Buyer beware. Do not purchase from here, untrustworthy, lying, scamming on guarantees. No admin follow up. Will keep your guaranteed items and not follow up, or give them back -only give them back after a lashing. They kept our items for almost 6 months.nWas a loyal customer for years. Won’t even look in the window. Beware beware beware!

Was looking for somthing very specific. Three ladies helped over several visits to make sure I had as close to what I wanted at the best possible price. Having gone around all of the jewellers in Rockingham Shopping Centre over two seperate days, they went further than anyone one else. Great customer service. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews here!
