Highly recommend Ben, we had an issue with a eta visa today,and missed our flight. He saved us! Sorted the visa issue and rebooked our flights for the following day. Absolutely brilliant guy.
Terrible travel agents. They screwed an extremely expensive holiday for 6 people and left us stranded in a foreign country refusing to help. I'm sorry I ever booked with them. They're unknowledgable and downright cruel to make their money or save their company money. Book with anyone else, go to the airline direct, these people are a menace. Thanks Phillip Rae. Marcus was absolutely brilliant! He couldn’t have done any more to try and get us on our flight! Even got airline to hold flight open another 15 mins while waiting for an ESTA. Unfortunately we missed our flight but Marcus did everything possible in his power to try and get us on. He rebooked everything for following day and made a stressful situation a lot better. And this was all at 9pm-12 midnight! Thanks a million Marcus! You went above and beyond x (thanks also to the other staff and airline staff)
