Won't accept a digital licence for rental.

Booked a car using my app, got there to only collect the car. They managed to charge me extra ~$200 (excess reduction - even though I had travel insurance covering that, and I didn't need to reduce the excess charges) without even telling me anything about it! Since when stealing is part of business model?!!!

A great experience with Hertz. I went with the mystery car and was not disappointed. Good service. Car was safe and managed to score a diesel for my trip to Sydney. Comfortable ride and the counter staff were very friendly and helpful
