A friend had his tax return done here for years, with Birdie - quick, easy and friendly, ca $220. She recently left and my friend was not aware so went again. BIG mistake. Was not warned about the fee changes until AFTER all was done - to be presented with an invoice of $475!!! For a very simple tax return, no investments, no salary packages, nothing. Beware of bad customer service!
