Great selection of costumes. Was able to find what I needed very easily. The service was great during the payment process, nothing but smiles :)

I purchased a bouquet for my birthday a couple of weeks ago and was advised to put high-float in them as i was picking up the day before the party. When i went to grab them the next morning they had completely deflated, was very disappointed especially because we paid $1 each balloon for the high-float.nThe girls there are lovely though, amazing service.

Amazing service from the beautiful woman with slightly pink dyed hair. Brilliant experience from start to finish.

The pros: spacious with wide aisles, not cluttered, a decent variety of all things party, quite reasonably priced - standard balloons for $6. Conveniently located along bannister Rd and easily visible - close to the westpac atmnThe cons: might take a while to locate what you need- aisle signages may be helpful; the helium fill for foil balloons tend to be pricey- it cost $9 for an average sized balloon and it was not very well done, so not really worth the price. It appears that you need to 'book' ahead for a helium fill as i was told they were 'booked up' but I was not so convinced...anyways, service could improve. Overall, OK.

they have almost the same items other shops like BW has with the difference they dont accept return. I made the mistake of buying from them and my party cancelled so they didnt accept any return eventhough all items still packed and had the recieps, while if I purchased them from BW I could certainly get my money back. So, beaware of this before buying anything from them.
