Popcultcha & Cultcha Kids Geelong Store

Been shopping here for years and never had any issues, always a great selection of stock and have been lucky enough to score a few rare chase pops over the years. Although I rarely get a chance to visit the store, the staff have always been great and online transactions are always smooth.

Disappointed with this company. Popcultcha give a bad name to other local businesses. This is the reason why people purchase somewhere else instead of supporting local. Poor customer service, Item was never delivered and no updates. Keep giving excuses and mention has thousands of orders in warehouse. So arrogant and yet never deliver their services. Stay away from this company.

Massive store. Heaps to choose from, great prices and friendly staff. Can't ask for much else.

I've have purchased items on Popcultcha for 2 years now and I can truly say they're amazing with a great team, all my products I bought has arrived in one piece with no damages, even through the rough situations with Covid-19 they still mange to ship the products on time.

I’ve been waiting for an item from this shop for three months now, the status has been “transferred to sea carrier” since May 19 with no further word of where my product is. I have requested a refund due to the wait time being insanely long (and I have no clue where my product is in the world) and they continue to refuse provide me with good customer service. Very disappointing experience especially since it looks like this is generally quite a good store.
