Having used elecfix solutions previously, with excellent results, we required their services again today . From the second Keily answered the phone in her very professional and polite manner to the moment Jarrod left our home, the entire episode was amazing. To start with Jarrod arrived within half an hour of my initial call for help,, and I should mention that we live out of town. Once Jarrod arrived and assessed the situation, he set to work on what turned out to be an extremely difficult and complicated problem. He kept my husband aware of everything that he was doing, and through determination and knowledge, he eventually found the problem. At no point did we feel as though we were rushed or hurried, even though he obviously had other bookings. I really cannot fault the service or treatment of electfix solutions. I find it difficult to praise this company enough ,except to say a huge thanks to Luke, keily, Jarrod and all the team at electfix solutions.
