Stay Margaret River

Fabulous stay at Stay Margaret River. Room was spotless, staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was explained on check in as to what we were entitled to. We had an excellent deal which gave us breakfast inclusion, a free drink at the bar, $25 off our meal, and another free night when we return. The only place I have ever stayed where drinks ( non alcoholic) and nibbles were complimentary. Easy walk into town. Would highly recommend. We will be going back for sure.

We have to give this place a 5 star rating for great service. The Willows Grille restaurant was truly great with a lovely relaxed environment with good service and good food and above average support by all the staff catering to our requirements. The accommodation is rustic but perfect for those wanting to be away from the hassle and bustle

Due to poor resources management our booking for a 2 bedroom apartment had to be downgraded to a 1 bedroom. The bottle of wine given to say sorry was actually given to everyone so that was disappointing. And we weren't given much notice so I couldn't find somewhere else to stay. The room smelt of cigarettes and smoking is allowed so it's not a very family friendly environment. I couldn't open my curtains and let any light and fresh air in because the people in the next room were sat smoking and listening to loud music all night. I felt claustrophobic and like I was stuck in a tomb. The willow restaurant was the only saving grace. Food was lovely. House keeping was a fail. Bins were left overflowing and only beds made and towels replenished. That's it. I will never stay there again. We paid almost $600 for 2 nights with breakfast even though they were advertising a wonderful deal and rates for the period we stayed. Never again. I don't recommend.

Enjoyed our winter stay here. Nothing fancy but good value for money and located within walking distance of the town centre. Very helpful staff and good restaurant with cosy fire and very nice tapas meal.

Had a great 3 nights at Stay Margaret River. We had a great deal which included free breakfast every morning (yummy!) a voucher for a discount off the Willow Grill for dinner (loved the food). Enjoyed that the property had lots of trees and nice gardens. Location is very close to Margaret River town.
