Subway

I was served by the owner of the business i know this because he told me with arrogance when i was served. When disputing a charge i wasn't informed about i was told with disgust that its not his problem. Absolutely zero help and respect i left the venue upset and frustrated throwing my subway in the bin. Working in retail i understand the customer is not always right but no one deservers to be treated like this. I can only hope that this gentleman doesn't do the same to others because it is wrong and extremely unprofessional.

Not much to say everytime I come here there's something wrong.. And on top of that it's subway which at its best would probably be 3 stars.

Very stingy with salad portions. 3 slices of cheese instead of 4 on a foot long, no 5 dollar sub of the day, no sub card scanner. When he didn’t hear my request, he didn’t clarify and just assumed wrongly. And when I pointed this out, no apology was given, just defensiveness.

With all the different varities of freshly baked rolls, wraps or straight salad plate options, Subway is always on the top of my list of places to stop at when I want a healthy and tasty meal option. Of course for those occasions when I am feeling a little hungrier and / or naughtier their delicious cookie range cannot be overlooked.
