El Toro Margaret River

El Toro is a lovely little venue with a well designed mural as you walk in. The staff are pleasant and personable.nThe food was the big winner with all guests having empty plates. The Lamb shank special was super tender and the sauce was divine. The chef knows flavour and good presentation.nThe only reason I had to give our visit a 4/5 instead of a 5/5 is that there was a wait for food. Granted we had a big group (9) but we didn't eat for more then an hour and half after we arrived and one of our meals was forgotten.nSo given a big group on a busy night will have its drawbacks I will definitely return again with a smaller group to try other items on the menu.nWell worth a visit when you are in Margaret River.

Had dinner last night with a group of friends. We shared a selection of entrees including chicken wings, mussels, calamari and prawns. The steak we had for mains was incredible and cooked to perfection. Stephen looked after us for the night and was an absolute gentleman and perfect host. The overall experience and food was the best I have had in my extensive travels around the world. Highly recommended when visiting Margaret River.

The food and the service make this one of the best dining experiences I've had. My partner and I are just gobsmacked - we dine out at least once a week and this might be the best place we've been to in five years! The staff are all super friendly and are clearly passionate about the food they serve - and the food is every bit as delicious as promised. Do not miss an opportunity to dine here!

Superb experience all round. Incredible food and the head chef/owner even came out and had a chat with us and even shouted us a drink! Can tell he has incredibly high standards with both food and service. Highly recommend!

Extremely welcoming on arrival, provided numerous delicious vegan options, beautifully talented chef came out to give details on his delicious dishes created. Five star service and food!
