Fantastic customer service, weren't even our real estate agent as ours had let us down terrible, they helped us out very caring and professional. Lovely Manager Jill was the only one that solved our problem out well done to Freemans.

Would rate lower if possible! Terrible communication unprofessional staff and just overall hassle to deal with. Do not use entry reports to conduct inspections, will breach you for anything they can and expect your place to look like a display home. Would not recommend to anyone!

I have only rented through Freeman's since May but have found them to be very helpful and prompt on any issues including maintance requests

Freeman Estates have a great website! It's easy to access and easy to find information and navigate on. However, one issue I found was that an email address isn't provided in the contact page. This made submitting my application for residential tenancy a bit complicated. When I gave them a call they were great help and provided me with the email address. Other than that, great work Freeman Estates!
