Eat House Kings Square

Have been here four time and all times the Service has been terrible, all staff act like they don’t want to be there and are quite rude and grumpy.nI now go next door to brew ha everyday as the staff there are much nicer and food is better/healthier.

Ordered a coffee without sugar and they have added loads of sugar. staff that I encountered are way impolite. A smile and a good welcome would be better after all it’s a service industry.nMy first and it’s definitely the last.nFor others who wish to go here, be ready for all those poker faces.

I’d give 5 stars but today I’ve noticed something inconsistent regarding the coffee. Compared to last Monday morning there was a slightly disappointing quality difference in the coffee and service today. Still the prices are reasonable and I enjoyed my breakie wrap. Maybe it was an off day, will be happy to amend my review if coffee quality improves to what I know it can be.

Ordered a wrap, asked for sweet chilli chicken, was given a tiny sliver of chicken, asked for more, was told i would need to pay more. Was charged almost $10. asked for it to be toasted, was cold. I'd avoid eating here if you want quality food. Very disappointing. 1 Star at best.
