BMT Tax Depreciation

We've used BMT twice and both times we were very impressed with the service. Quick, easy, thorough and everyone we dealt with were friendly and professional. The price is worth it for the money they helped us save on our tax return.

Terrible customer service.... We paid for a depreciation survey on our rental property. They were very busy so they could not fit us in for 3 weeks. On the day of the survey, we received a call saying that the inspector was sick and would not be able to make it, and they would have to postpone the survey for a further 3 weeks. Our tenant took the morning off work and woke up early to clean the house. Furthermore, this has severely delayed our tax return. This company appears to be under staffed and unmotivated to provide to good customer service, try a different provider.

BMT will quote you $770 and won't budge on price. Go with 'Mydepreciation' and you can get them below $300 and once you make payment, you'll find on the receipt that you've actually paid BMT - thank me later! 1 star for being sneaky like that BMT :)
