Great place, however the woman at reception was so not helpful and was serving others before myself did not acknowledge i was there and was next to be served for check in very unprofessional staff member. bummer the buffet is not open not many choices for my family to eat we have children under 10 years old. buffet was always a clear winner and great family atmosphere. everywhere else too proper for children and no options for kids to eat unless we go to the pool but its raining.
A fantastic event place. Food was exceptional and staff attentive. Great to be able to attend a COVID restricted event here.
A nice hotel. The sound dampening between the rooms isn't great; you can hear conversations in the adjoining room. This is probably something to do with the room we got which can be changed to a shared room.
Great place to stay. Only parking is the issue, Casino must allocate reserved parking for hotel guests.......
Wow... excellent feeling better and better every day in this special hotel and the rooms make us very relaxing and joy and peace with our loved ones..good to be here in this spot in Australia...
