Schnitzel with the seafood topping was exactly as I remember & cheese top was well grilled (very important) .....chips could be cooked slightly more & bit of chicken salt could add to the flavour. The schnitzel though was bloody huge.... congrats & well done. Its really 4 1/2 out of 5.
