I would highly recommend Bosch Timber Floors, their professionalism is apparent as soon as you walk in their showroom in Myaree, and tradespeople from the installer, sanding and sealing to the skirting boards, were outstanding, every trade left my Apartment immaculately clean and took enormous pride in their work, a HUGH thankyou to Margaret and her team.

Could not fault the team at Bosch from the very moment we stepped into the store all the way through to the finished product. Our questions (which were many) were answered promptly and courteously, the quality was terrific, the price was competitive and we felt very well taken care of. The skilled tradesmen were on time and took a great pride in their craftsmanship so we would definitely recommend.

The reason for one star . Mum and I went to the Myaree store on Thursday 1st of April and spoke to Margaret about doing a main bedroom with a build in wardrode.Margaret was nice and took our details phone number email address ect. She said that we would get a call on Tuesday and she would send an email with quote.Tuesday came and went so on Wednesday afternoon we went back and again spoke to Margaret and she said she will make to see why no one called .Friday still nothing so this time I rang the store and was assured that we would definitely get a call today. We are now Wednesday14 of April and still nothing and still no email with quote either .Now if they did not want the job because it was a small job they should of said and we would of understood also I want my house done so could of turned out to be quite a substantial job. We have gone somewhere else where they were great even gave us a sample so we could see if the color would be right .Now thats customer service. So No do not use them absolutely worst customer service ever .nThank you for the reply we really appreciate it,it is all we wanted someone to respond if they had rang and told us they were very busy and it would be 2 to 3 weeks to get someone out to measure ,we would of waited .nRegardsnAnita
