Terrible customer service. Our builder used Colray Cabinets for all our cabinet work. The cabinet doors were quite specific and after hand over we were burgled and needed a drawer replacing as well as the dishwasher door (semi - integrated). They refused to come back because the job was too small for them. We are left with an unfinished kitchen and a job too small and specific to interest other cabinet makers.

Extremely rude person answered phone. Certainly would not be prepared to pay $20,000 to this business for a new kitchen if their phone manner is any indication of their customer service skills.
