bought their top of the range product which I like, but unfortunately a part fell apart which they happily repaired for me. But it unfortunately it took 8 weeks to get the product back as it got sent to another store in another state and the company failed to follow it up. Finally got the product back and you wouldn't believe only 2 weeks later the same part broke AGAIN, and the company aren't willing to fix this once and for all. this is potentially a good product but the lack in customer service deters me from wanting to use their products again.
