Pizza Hut Helensvale

Absolutely love this Pizza Hut. I've been ordering for years and have been impressed with their quality and consistency. Pizzas were hot, fluffy dough and generous topping every time. Always picked up, never delivered. Also, great customer service from the young cashier staff.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Stay very far away from this branch - worst pizza of our lives. I will NEVER buy from ANY Pizza hut BRANCH again after the filth we were served from HVale Pizza hut last night. Walk away folks, make your own pizza or go elsewhere - save yourself the disappointment and loss of your hard earned cash. See pics thin bases all burnt , almost NO cheese and pan base was soggy, raw and wet.. straight to the bin..

Order at 5.45 for a scheduled delivery of 6.27. It's nearly 7.30pm no sign of delivery. Ring the store no one answers. Email address is no reply. Tracking qpp has been sitting on your pizza is being delivered for an hour. Guess the delivery guy ate it on his way here. Disappointing after reading such great reviews.

The WORST delivery times! The four time we have scheduled a delivery it has been at least 30 mins late. The second time it did not even comennThe management is appalling, to be this unprofessional and to lack such communication makes me wonder how they are still in business

Always our go to for a cheeky takeaway. Pizzas are always delivered hot and the toppings are just right.nRecently had a minor issue with a payment but the manager was so fast and efficient in helping me fix this up. Highly recommend this store.
