I came to this firm for legal advice, as I have never been in the situation where I have needed legal advice. I had all my evidence in black and white, the other party did not. In the end, after my first solicitor, Renee, had left, and I was not informed, Allanah, the next solicitor would not reply to my emails or phone calls for 3 weeks, she did not give me any advice and was trying to convince me to just agree with the other party. Then told me they could not finish off my case, as they no longer did family law! Clearly this was the reason why i was encouraged to agree with what the other party had to offer, and why she was not responding to my phone calls etc. and to finalise my case I had to get another solicitor or legal aid. To say this was a complete disaster on my part is an understatement. I am still hurt and stressed by what has happened and this company, who I paid, did not help me, in fact they caused me more stress. I am discussed by what happened to me, especially when I thought it would of been a fairly basic case. It was as if she couldn’t be bothered!
